DOCABI Refund and Return Policy
At DOCABI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our Refund and Return Policy for information on how to return items and receive a refund.
Returns
Return Eligibility: Return request for returnable /exchangeable products must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange .
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, pet food , pet shampoo , supplements )
Personalized or custom-made products
Items purchased on clearance or sale
Return Process:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@docabi.in or call us at 8619245483 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note:
Claims / Replacement: Kindly note that unboxing video is mandatory for multi part products like aquarium , glass heater thermostat ,skimmer, canister filter, LED lights and pump to confirm the receipt of the contents inside the box are in tact and safe. Kindly confirm the content and do dry run for few seconds (if its pump/filter) before installing/using. You may need to inform the issue if anything found before installing the equipments.
No claim or replacement will be allowed if you inform the fault after installation unless its genuine or for the products which comes with manufacturer warranty.
Claim/replacement cut off time is within 48hrs against receipt of the items for non warranty product against manufacturing defect only and subject to admin approval .
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process and specify the desired exchange in your return request.
Processing Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for any difference in price and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@docabi.in or call us at 8619245483. Provide your order number and details about the damage or defect. Unboxing video is mandatory to confirm the receipt of the contents inside the box .
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
